The truck
Brathaus on wheels
The Bratmobile is Madison's full mobile food truck — grill, fryer, prep, the works. The same brats coming off the line on State Street come off the truck, plus burgers, tenders, wings, and the fried sides. It pulls up to a driveway, a parking lot, or a venue, and it cooks for the crowd you brought.

- Red Brats and White Brats off the grill

For our wedding, we did not want to go the traditional dry chicken route for our dinner. We stumbled across State Street Brats while searching the internet. It honestly could not have gone smoother on the day of our wedding. Everyone loved the tailgate feel of our dinner. The food was AMAZING. We are still getting compliments on how good dinner was over a week later. If you are like us and in search of something different for your wedding dinner, State Street Brats would be an awesome choice.
TravisWedding · 2022My grandparents, parents, and I have enjoyed these brats for years since growing up. The best man didn't even like brats, and he said it was one of the best things he had ever eaten.

Common questions
The truck, answered
Travel range, power, parking, headcounts, lead time.
Can the food truck come to my event?
Yes. The Bratmobile parks at backyards, graduations, rehearsal dinners, company lunches, and just about anything in between. Tell us the address, the headcount, and what time you want food rolling out.
What sides come off the truck?
Cheese curds, fries, deep-fried desserts, and whatever else we can run through the fryer. The truck has its own kitchen — we’re not just heating things up.
Do you need power, water, or a permit at our event?
Tell us the site on the inquiry form — driveway, lawn, lot, sidewalk — and whether power’s available. We handle our own water. Permits depend on the city; we’ll flag what’s needed.
Are utensils and plates provided with the food truck?
Yes. We provide utensils, napkins, and paper trays with any food truck event we’re catering.
Booking the truck for a city festival or public event?
