From the grill

Our food truck brings a full condiment bar with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickle chips, relish, sauerkraut, ketchup, ranch, and a bunch of mustards.

Red Brats: Our legendary beef-and-pork bratwurst, split and grilled. Adding kraut from the condiment bar is the way.
White Brats: Classic all-pork ballpark bratwurst.
Cheeseburger: Grilled 7 oz. Angus beef patty on a brioche bun with slice of cheddar.
Avocado Bacon Swiss Burger: Burger upgrade for crowds that want something fuller.
Stella's Wisco 3-Cheese Burger: Beef patty topped with pepper jack, cheddar, and Swiss, on Stella Bakery's hot & spicy cheese bun.
Grilled Chicken: 5 oz. grilled chicken breast char-grilled over an open flame on a brioche bun.
Ribeye Steak Sandwich: 4 oz. USDA Choice juicy char-grilled ribeye steak on a German sausage bun.
Chicken Tenders: Hand-breaded, fried hot.
Bone-In or Boneless Wings: Tossed in the sauce of choice.
