Straight up. Everyone starts on door crew. Check IDs, work the entrance, learn how the place runs. Put in 100 hours, prove you want it, and bartending opens up. That's the deal. We don't bury it in the form.
The roles
Where you'd fit:
- Bartender
- Pour fast, talk to everyone, keep the rail moving on a State Street Saturday. Earned after 100 hours on door.
- Catering Staff
- Off-site gigs, set up, serve, break down. Good shifts if you want variety outside the bar.
- Grill / Cooking
- Day shifts on the line, cash tips included, brats out the window fast.
- ID Check / Door
- Card the line, read the room, keep the door running clean. Where everyone starts.
- Server
- Run a section, know the menu, turn tables without making it feel rushed.
