Our first hard seltzer
Day Drink is the first hard seltzer State Street Brats ever made. Vodka mixed with concord grape, lime juice, and ginger. Served at our bar on State Street in Madison since May 2025.
It tastes the way a long afternoon should: grape up front, lime to keep it bright, and a little ginger snap on the finish. Five percent, easy to drink and hard to put down.
It caught on fast. Day Drink is now one of the five best-selling drinks at the bar.
