Catering's job is to make the food the part nobody worries about. The notes below come from offices, weddings, graduation parties, and job sites where we did that — or didn't, and got told about it. Either is useful.
Fantastic job catering our company event for 75 people. Staff were hard-working and very courteous, great job! Many compliments from everyone on the food service. Everything served fresh and hot. White and red brats, burgers, fries and curds were all on the menu. Thanks again!
Everything was super smooth and easy. Even though they were very busy with football season, we were able to plan the event fairly quickly and had great communication. Food was delicious! So happy I chose SSB for this event!

I hired State Street Brats for a catered company lunch with their food truck and I was super impressed. The planning went very smoothly — great communication from the jump. The day of the event the food was awesome (lots of happy employees), and the crew that came out was incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using them again.
We had our low-key rehearsal dinner before our wedding at State Street Brats. It was everything we had hoped for and more. The upstairs was a perfect size and vibe for our event. The food and drinks were great, and so was the staff. Highly recommend for your next event.
We had the State Street Brats food truck cater our outdoor rehearsal dinner and it was a hit. The staff were efficient and friendly and the food was amazing. Having the food truck on site really set the vibe.
For our wedding, we did not want to go the traditional dry chicken route for our dinner. We stumbled across State Street Brats while searching the internet. It honestly could not have gone smoother on the day of our wedding. Everyone loved the tailgate feel of our dinner. The food was AMAZING. We are still getting compliments on how good dinner was over a week later. If you are like us and in search of something different for your wedding dinner, State Street Brats would be an awesome choice.
My grandparents, parents, and I have enjoyed these brats for years since growing up. The best man didn't even like brats, and he said it was one of the best things he had ever eaten.
