How early should I send my holiday list?

Sooner is always safer. December is our busiest stretch, so get your list in by late November to be comfortable. Tell us your in-hands date and we'll confirm whether it's workable and schedule each send to land on time.

What happens if a recipient's address is wrong?

We email every recipient to confirm their shipping address before anything ships, so a bad address gets caught before it becomes a returned box. You don't track anyone down — that's our job.

Is there a minimum? Can I send to just a few people?

No minimum. Send one box or a list of two hundred. The free business profile is worth setting up either way — it's how we keep your billing and recipients organized.

Do you ship nationwide, and how does it stay cold?

We ship to all 48 contiguous states. Every box goes out frozen, packed with insulation and gel packs to arrive cold. (Alaska and Hawaii aren't available for frozen shipping — ask us about alternatives.)

What are my payment options?

Two ways: a single monthly invoice covering all your sends, or pay per order as each one ships. You choose when we set up your account, and you can ask us to switch later.

Is the account really free — and do I have to set one up?

Yes, free, no commitment. The profile is how we manage your list, billing preference, and confirmations in one place, so it's required for business orders. Setting it up doesn't charge you anything or lock you in.

Can I sample a box before I commit to a big send?

Of course. Order a single box for yourself first, or reach out to the gifting team and we'll talk through what's right for your list before you commit to a larger order.
